Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation to the left of each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept most major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
Payment is not taken until we have confirmed that the goods on order are in stock, have been allocated to your order and are ready to ship.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received.
Goods are dispatched within the UK via Royal Mail or a carrier, who will need a signature upon delivery.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from date of dispatch within the UK.
Tax Charges
Under new VAT regulations for December 2008, VAT will be calculated at 15% where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee providing that they are returned unused, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
