Delivery is available to UK addresses, including Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We handle your order as soon as it arrives and try to despatch it within 2 working days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, however, it may take a few days more to complete your order- allow up to 10 days in total.
Some specific items - late release books- may be delivered separately to the rest of your order and are marked clearly in item descriptions.
In some cases, such as orders received through the post, it may be necessary to subsitute an item if we have sold out and are unable to contact you by phone. If you are unhappy with our subsitution choice you can always send it back for a refund or replacement.
Returns - for whatever reason - may be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price paid. Items must be in good condition and suitably packed using, where possible, the original packaging. Please telephone Customer Services on 0844 800 2725 for an address and Returns Authorisation.

How will the Royal Mail strikes affect my order?
As we use Royal Mail for some of our smaller packets - up to £30 in value - you may find a delay in the delivery of your order due to the planned industrial action, but delivery should still fall within the expected 7 to 10 days. Larger parcels - over £30 in value - are delivered by private carriers and are not affected by Royal Mail. If you are placing an order under £30 and require delivery by a specific date you may like to consider using our Next Day service (available when placing an order over the phone only) at an additional cost of £2 on top of the standard £4.95 delivery charge.
